The web interface of Virtual Postman is the portal where you can access to view and download documents that are imported to the Virtual Postman server, index or re-index, or send them off to an external location using e-mail or FTP.

Using the web interface you can go through all the nodes and documents that you have permisions to and check the quality of documents that are being scanned. You can also download documents off the server using this interface should you need to give records to your clients or colleagues. You can also send off documents via e-mail and FTP. This will deliver docuements directly to the client or wherever you wish to send it using these platforms described.
